FROM SCULPTURE TO POSTER
An exploration of the relationship between real handcrafted objects and flat printed graphics - ceramic vases and sculptures with wobbly edges and drippy glaze were photographed and digitalized. These images were then RISO-printed in various colours. The transformation from 3D to 2D and from clay to poster created a whole new visual expression, but maintained the same tactility and roughness as the ceramics.
